I didn't see any guides on this, so I guess I'll write a guide.=]

First, you're going to have to sign up on No-IP ( )
After you've signed up, download the No-IP DUC.

Now you're ready.

1. From Humble Beginnings

Go to the No-IP website again, log-in, and go to Hosts.
See the button that says "Create a Host"?
Click on that, and you'll be take to a page somewhat like

Code:
Host Name | | |no-ip.biz|

Type in what you want your website to be (e.g bob.no-ip.biz, bob would go in the Host Name text)
If you want something other than a .no-ip.biz, you can search for some others.
After you're done with that, don't touch ANYTHING else, and press Ok.
You're website is now made. Go to http://<yourhostname>.<whateveryouchose>
If it's not loading, it means that the changes are still taking place.

2.Advancing Your Site Address

So now, you're getting a little bit tired of having to type .no-ip.biz or something everytime huh?
Well, it's time to get a Domain Forwarder. This means that your site will get a shorter extension.

Pro/Con Chart Of URL Forwarders
Code:
Pros
-Shorter Domain Name To Type

Cons
-Sometimes, the site title will be the URL, making your website seem less professional
-The favicon will usually be the favicon of the URL Redirector's favicon, if the redirector is free.
-Usually, no matter what link you go to on the site, the URL will stay the same.

A list of URL Forwarders.

Code:
Dot.TK - http://dot.tk - URLS will end with .tk
Co.CC - http://co.cc - URLS will end with .co.cc

There are many more, but I can't think of them right now. =P

3.Getting A REAL Extension

So now, you want your site to look EVEN more pro? Well, this will include money, so I suggest that you are owning a popular domain before using money. If you are, then read on!

Get a Domain.
You can google it, or whatever. It's not really hard to find a domain service and to set it up.

Well, that concludes the guide. Now to the FAQ!

FAQ
Code:
Q: Help! My No-IP website won't show my website anymore!
A: There are many solutions to this problem. First, make sure that your wampserver is on. It needs to be either yellow, or white. If it is, then turn on your No-IP DUC (the thing you downloaded), and wait for it to update your hosts.

Q: OMG, can you like, givez me a free domain???
A: No, I cannot.

Q: Help, I don' know how to set up my domain!
A: Google is your best friend.

Q: How can I make my website 24/7??
A: Get a VPS

Q: What is a VPS?
A: As I said before, Google is your best friend.

Q: What is Google?
A: Epic Phail...-_-

Q: What is Epic Phail?

Q:Hello? Is anyone there?

Well, I hope this guide helped you.

Well pretty basic but well for those who didn't know.

Tip: Do not never ever host a website / forum from the server where you host the server. Why? Basicly the bandwidth. When the MS server is hosted all traffic goes to the server. If both forum & server is hosted from same machine, it has to also use traffic to the forum, which will provide less bandwidth to the MS server and it will lag more.

When making a registration page, direct it to input the information into your MS servers' database.
