Dreamweaver (DW) is basically a program that designs websites made by Adobe. It's a way for those who don't have Cype and don't want Webs/Wix/etc.
You'll need DreamWeaver and if you want, Fireworks. (FW is just Photoshop and Illustrator combined for DW)
DOWNLOADS:
This is DW CS3 Portable, you don't need KeyGen or anything like that. Just run the DreamWeaver application. (I uploaded this myself so it shouldn't have problems)
Step1:
Create 2 folders. One preferably on desktop, name it whatever you want. Put another folder called "images" into that folder. Try not to use Caps/Spaces in folder names.
Step2:
Open DreamWeaver and on the right column, it should say stuff like:
Click Manage sites and click "New" then "Site".
Step3:
Your screen should look like this:
Click "Advanced" tab at the top of the menu. Choose your Site name and enter in the two folders you made in Step1. For your site name, you can use Caps and Spaces. For that part, that's it.
Where you see my cursor, at "Create HTML", select that and then go up to "Insert" at the way top. Select "Table".
Step4:
I'm just using this as an example so don't fret. Go to
Step5:
If nothing is selected, you should see this at the bottom of DW. Click "Page Properties" and fill in "Page Font", "Size", "Text/BG Color", and "BG Image". Size has to be in points.
Quick FAQ: Why can't I choose more fonts? Not everybody has the font you might want. That's why they got the most common fonts. If they don't have one of the ones you choose, it'll go onto the next font list.
Then click "OK", you're done for Page Properties.
Step6:
This is almost over. Right-click inside or on the table you created and hover over "Align", then choose Center. To edit BG color and all that, select the table. This is really all that it takes. There are a lot of other stuff like adding buttons which I'll add later. Fill in the tables with information and pictures. After you finish with that page, save it as "index" in your folder. Then, if you want another page, "save as" it and save it as something new. For your other pages, keep it 1 word and simple. ex. register, donate, vote
(I know your DW page will look pretty bad once you finish this part of the tutorial. I'll add how to add buttons, links, and more)

Oh, I didn't add but DW websites don't hook up to MapleStory.

and take a look at their website. Where the buttons all are at the top, is a "cell" of the table. A call is a box inside the table. The picture of the farmer would be another cell. Down below, "Site Navigation", "Welcome to FarmerStory", "Server Status", and "Website Counter" are all cells. It's a bit confusing because their tables are invisible. So if you understand this, then choose the appropriate Row and Column numbers for your table. For "Table Width", put it at 700 pixels. IT SHOULD ALWAYS BE AROUND 700. For "Border Thickness", put about 0-5. It's basically how thick your table is (if your table is invisible, then it won't matter". DW includes little pictures for "Cell Padding and Spacing" but I'll explain it anyway. Padding is how far the text/picture/etc is away from the border. Spacing is from each other cell. Appropriate numbers for those would be around 0-10. Then click "OK", the rest aren't important.Step5:
