Web Verifying that the user voted on vote sites, (GTOP100, ultimateprivateservers, etc)

I'm currently developing a website, i want to be able to let the users vote for the maplestory private server of their choice, however i cannot seem to find any kind of API, or tips on how to achieve this, i'm still quite new to PHP (2 weeks) but i've got it down pretty good due to my experience with other languages, does anyone have an idea where i should look?
