The CharacterConfig.ini was created in about a year ago CompletePackage To use it,
what should I do? Layout parts,
etc. After reading had collapsed in the new client.

Sorry, no can do. Even if I wanted to, I no longer have the files in the form of this release because I am working on another update to this release...
Also, even though I used to love megaupload, and have taken a liking to 4shared I am thinking about making the next release/update a torrent. Though I will only go that route if I can find someone with a blazing fast connection/server to host it, or at least get it started, seeing as I would never try to host or start a torrent (that big) on my residential connection...
So, any takers? Anyone want to offer to start my next release/update as a torrent from your blazing fast connection/server ??? If so, just respond in this thread as I don't always get around to checking my PM's
Regardless of how/where I host it, I do not have a set or even planned date in mind. I am working at an "as I can" pace... So who knows, it could be tomorrow, it could be next month, it could be next year...

Though I must say, I am still kinda sketchy about doing a torrent, now that I think about it. I know most people would probably just download it and not seed, and that's just not cool. I wouldn't want to have the main sharing burden on only one (or even a couple) seeders =\ Maybe I'll do 4shared AND a torrent, and well, if the torrent dies because of leechers (people who download and don't seed) then "not my problem"
So there we go, I'll just do a 4shared upload, and anyone who wants to start a torrent let me know (link it here as a mirror), once it's going I'll be more than happy to help seed it

I'm sorry to inform you that A) that has nothing to do with this release (everything for this release is hosted on 4shared now!)... and B) that is prehistoric news now... ... ...
I'd happily create a torrent for it as I can use my web host as a web seed, that way there is always a seed there. That is currently how many download my client and I only turn my torrent on to seed if I notice people not downloading from the web seed because they already started downloading from other people.Sorry, no can do.
