Idk about C# tbh.
You know nothing of nothing tbh. The language that a app is not important if you don't need to spend more than 5 minutes trying to run it. Example: Python.
C# is a GREAT language for 3rd party applications, as it has an easy to build GUI and most libraries are easily accessed. >>system.enviroment
And what kind of comment is "include a save button & a portable version." Why the bloody duck would he go through all the trouble of making an application that edits files, WITHOUT INCLUDING A SAVE BUTTON? Portable, do you really expect it to be an installable file?
