Try running it as Administrator. When I looked into this problem earlier, it looked more of a Permission issue more than anything.

Well at first i downloaded the two files separately and it didnt seem to work so i decided to try the download with them both together and that did the trick the client file i downloaded solo didnt want to work on my pc for some reason just a heads up ^_^ and i got an error when trying to login but ill look threw the posts to find a solution before asking for some help <3 ill make up sure to rep once i get it working thx again!

Can't upload them, I've been modifying my client and it isn't ready for use or will be anytime soon.

Someone's going to need to mirror the Client only.

This also happens to others, as far as I am concerned, it's a permission issue on your end.
