These files are located in \EngineRes\Shader
Check if they exist. If they do exist, it's most likely an issue with privileges.
If not, I went ahead and uploaded them for you. DO NOT USE THE FILES IN EngineResDev, last time I did that the game wouldn't start.

Just a fair warning, these are NOT the original files that came with this release, and you may see some different poop.

Well, i would like this cuz sometimes my internet connection is simply sheit and it would be an amazing way to practice moves without all the lag.

Judging by both of these videos that has the finished version of this game (since this one was the dev version where they were still busy constructing the game) you can have these playable.

I found out how to change characters (I assumed .lua files needed a program besides notepad to open)
but I wanted to play around with some of my friends on the game in one room.
Is there a was to do that?

Where you find the character ID notepad?

It's possible to make an online server with the alpha servers and client, but it's god awful and not worth it at all.
You'll need fixed Stored Procedures though.

Indeed ik its possible and can agree it's a waste of time, not even worth fixing. Although if you did get the trailer version the previous one I sent with links around now that would be worth it seeing as it was playable and not unfinished at this was. But yea, I don't think fixing this is worth it. It's like trying to fix a car that you'll never drive.
