WZ Harepacker .img file import?

Can anyone explain to me how do i edit those wz files shown in the picture? & the videos? nothing seems to happen when i clicked import > img
(i might be too dumb to understand).

To use the import function you need to select a .wz inside harepacker to import it into first. I found this out because I had the same problem.
