Use JRE6 instead of 7. It's all around this forum.

I uninstalled everything and installed the 6 but should not be the same any other ideas? : (

Make a new bat file in the PokeNet folder and enter this code into it:

"C:\Program Files\Java\jre6\bin\java.exe" -Djava.library.path=lib/native -jar Pokenet.jar
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre6\bin\java.exe" -Djava.library.path=lib/native -jar Pokenet.jar
pause

As long as those paths are where you installed Java, anyway, give it a go and just see.
