You need a dedicated server to run a server . You are from Greece right ?? Your server is running from your home with a connection speed up to 2-3 mbps (!!!) , this isn't a bug , i have the some problem as you and I thought that it was a bug . But my friends wanted to try the Pokemon Server so I transfered to my deticated server and turn it on :P since that today , my server was online for 1-1,5 month and noone (About 20 ppl) complain about this ! (But there are plenty of other code-bugs). I think the problem is your internet connection :)

If you want it so much ... Place the eclipse in debug mode and go etapadas seeing the battle. Soon you will see the error
