[HELP]pokenet client not running

Hi everyone ! I came here cause i have a problem. I followed the "[Guide]PokeNet Server Setup" to open my own server. Everything seems to be good on the server side, but on the client side, something wrong happened when i start PokeConnect.bat, I let you look it, hopping you will be able to help me ^^

That's an older repack of PokeNET. I recommend you use one of these two:
