Hi, I'm looking for some clear information on how to set up pokemon servers, as I've been looking through the sections of the forum and it's not entirely clear to me... I was thinking of something like Pokemon, Pokemon Showdown... I don't have many examples.

Above all, I am after some information on where to find a foundation, and know the differences because I do not know if there is already a base for a server or any way possible to adapt the server to android format. Thanks in advance. Best regards.

There are no servers that can run on android.

Most servers will need to be hosted on a windows machine.
