Hi, I'm new to the Pokemon MMORPG world.
I was wondering which of all the available server files is the best.
What I want to do is a server like PokeMMO.
Based on the real anime regions, like kanto, johto, hoenn.
If it has held items system or something like that would be great.

Are the PokeNet files the best files actually?

Thanks!

All depends on how much your willing to do.
Pokenet is not stable, but has the most features
other sources are very stable but need alto of work to finish them.

Someone else and I are currently working on making a client that will use the data from pokemon roms and communicate with a server.

I want features, like fishing, held items, and so..
But the server is going to be open to a community of 800 online players, so it must be stable.
At least stable to host 100 players.

That client/server you are currently working is going to be shared?
Or is it a personal project?

Is there any other files like pokenet with both features and stability?

Thanks for your answer :)

those features, no and that stability closest would have to be recoded pokenet. but still would lag for 200 players i guess.
our best chance is to make one yourself so that you know the server 100%
the clietn and server i am making would be closed source xD
