    Not really. Have been busy irl lately.

    Only thing I haven't posted is that the opponent can also attack you and once you defeat the opponent a message is displayed.

    SFML doesn't support GIFs. Sorry :(

    There is a time and place for everything but not now.

    EDIT: Found this https://github.com/lucidspriter/SpriterPlusPlus so maybe later. Not focus on it right now.

    Also is there someone that is able to make some cool custom GUI stuff? Like maybe a bar with your current 6 pokemons, a clock, pokedollars and maybe some other stuff?

    Yeah, you should probably keep it as close to Vanilla as possible.

    Agree. Think I will just re-use assets from the FR/LG/RSE games to make menu's and what not.

    Perler noise generator mapped to different heights. Each height will use a certain biome; deep sea up to snowy mountain top.

    Or you mean the pallettown map? That was just an image from tiled, split into 16px tiles then compared to the spritesheet to find the tile id and outputted as matrix.

    I was trying to make something similar, browsed the forum after a few days and noticed this thread. I got stuck on doing the maps efficiently and wondered how you'd done it, but I guess it's nearly the same.

    Yeah I have not done anything related to maps. Just generating some random map data. I wanted to make it into map chunks (Possibly 64x64 or 128x128 tiles) and have some cool dynamic loading and stuff.

    I'm using SFML for drawing and all. Maybe we can teamup if you're interested. At the moment I only have some small prototype stuff but I want to separate the client and server as much as possible and have it all loading dynamically.
