How To Create Mask Or Edit One

Hey Guys i know that's not the right sec for posting this
but i really need it and its very important
i just saw that the item ( mask ) is connected in RefSkill with code

SKILL_ETC_TRANS_MONSTER_01

but if i want to create one what should i do
any one knows ?
