I also added this mobs to my Server, but they dont attack me plus no skill effekts aswell..... some ideas ?

u must not to put the skill effect in where in skilleffect.txt !
look for other mobs skill effect and see if arabia mobs skill effect line is same as the normal mobs skill effect lines (of Course CodeName must be different)
and put the lines under it!
