lol .. its not an sql query, these are lines to be inserted directly to the table so either open the table, mark the last line of it (the one with NULL in all columns) by clicking the button on the left of it and paste the lines, or put the lines into a textfile and do a bulk insert with it

maybe, try to equip male avatar to male char, not female lol
if you consider yourself developer Mr. "ImDeveloper" copy the lines from ksro itemdata, or maybe check ReqGender column in _RefObjItem
