emulator for your work you need to register a dll WinsockL.dll

Put winsockL.dll to 

32 bit WIN- Windows\System32

64 bit WIN- Windows\SysWOW64

to register Winsock.dll you have to run command prommt to do this go to menu start>search cmd.
remember to run command prommt as administrator. 
type regsvr32 "winsockL.dll.dll

it will be better if you try to do the database on mysql and continue the project like is it...mysql its more maleable and the best way in my opinion...like we know the actual serverfiles overload the computer and the emulator can be better and used by others

If people can't even figure out how to run a simple emulator, what will they do when it comes to real serverfiles ?
Have a look at the files and think, and eventually you will notice what to do to make it work.

Approved working Windows 7 - 64 bit.

-Can choose both Chinese/Eur
-Can hunt
-Pet working
-Guild working
etc...

It won't save data after exit and got many other bugs :/, in legal version that bugs not exist and emulator is awesome. There is latest version of this emu and its cheap check out sse-server.pl . In hidden vips sections which are visible after donation you can see tons of usefull stuff and tutorials, you can easily make your own game! just best emu out there.
