[TwSRO] (DevSec) GameServer Fixes & more

Hello community, this time I come with a big release, (at least big for me ).

Especial Thanks to Chern0byl and nemo07Black

I've been working on modifiying old evangelion to make it work with TwSRO (yes, I had [and still need] to find a lot of offsets :glare: ) but so far everything is going really well so I'm releasing the first version of this tool that I've called "DevSec"

So far for version 1:
- Disables DMP generation
- Fixes the rates of Gold drop and Item drop
- It disables the LogDatabase querys [reduce lag]
- IP spoof (not necessary, but you never know....)

second i need real table of (( _SiegeFortressStruct ))
when i put vsro table and teleport to ftw area hotan or bandit or jangan i have crash
when i delete table and teleport again not have any crash .

caravan system not in _refobjcommon table and not work
i see row in tab_reftactics but not have row in _refobjcommon and tab_refnest
any one can help for that .
i mean this OX with shield
