Download iSRO,
extract the media text files from it,
copy and paste them to Excel,
replace unnecessary translations with 0,
reimplement it into the text files,
insert those files to your twSRO client,
thats it.

So ... i have the server .exe files but the .dll's and the rest of the server files ... are usable with vsro ones ? Or this uses a totaly other structure ?
What about certification server ... it doesn't need one ? or the vsro one works well ?
