Please help with my server v18!!

Good day. Dear friends, First of all thanks for taking Interez at my request, I have a new server mounted is clean flyff v18, I am requesting help expert of you to adhere most importantly, as the launcher with which the files are loaded, which is East.


I want my server, the client to run with that window and not have to run it with this icon.


Thank someone please advise me completely and I would be eternally grateful that I pueste inspiration and heart on my server.

I do not have the source folder, I only resource . I have to do there?
