To change config.inb you need to use olly dbg and trace dragonica.exe to correct config.inb position. Once completed, you should be able to change ip and port listed in memory. Worked for me.

Well, I know where olly decrypts the inb file, but its kinda big the routine, and I am lazy atm

I'dont know to chang ip in config.inb

you can make loopback ip to 122.144.29.6
