ecsro gameserver hex edit cap limit

hi guys,
i need help from prof hex editor with old ecsro files
i dont find the offset for sr_gameserver.exe to change the cap to max 60
i use ollydbg, xv32, hxd and so on but nothing found.
uploaded gameserver file and hope anyone pro editor can change it for me and upload it again.

Isn't there a sr_gameserver for the 60 cap ecsro files already released? I mean without advertise other website but you should found something by searching "Reupload Cap 60 and 80 Ecsro Files 2015 full Fixed" :S

thanks for answer, i have downloaded and tested all files with cap 60 i found on every webside ...
no one is fixed on every cap 60 server is not possible to play lv60 with 99,99%
all have increase the ep counter to 9999999999999999
if i know the offset i can fix self, but i dont found it
i spend hours to search offset but ... i give up to search, i hope anyone have it allready
