[Help]Add Item to NPC

When i try to add item to my NPC i get this error :*::*:

check again _refshop table you made a mistake there

Bro i had the same problem and i fixed it [thanks to Statiic] , the problem is in the duribtily all you have to do is open the server normally with out any adds and open SMC and add new item to your character you will find a number which will be written at the bottom left , take this number and put it in Refscrapofpackageitem at the third zero in the code and you done
