can someone help me with a query to drop and recreate _refregion table ???

I don't get the point in completely recreating it, but here you go:

Right click on the table -> Script Table as -> DROP and CREATE to -> New Query Editor Window -> Run it

plus, please note that you'll have to deal with the key "PK__RefRegion", it isn't that important but you've to keep the right ID's anyway
