problem with language

how to fix this, dont tell me to change textuisystem.txt please, because i dont want to, i just want to fix it, and i see this textuisystem.txt working perfectly in almost all the servers except mine

If you don't want to lose your current textuisystem.txt
you can do overwrite on new english textuisystem ( by replacing this vietnam lines to english lines from different eng textuisystem.txt file )
