Catapults Doesn't Work

Catapults does not work on Travian T4 is it possible to fix it somehow?

Ok so my rally point was lvl 1 so it fix it. But i don't get any message in attack report that my catapults destroyed anything.

Maybe it's only a problem in the battle reports ?
Did you check if the building you fired at is still standing in the village you've attacked ?
If not, its only a problem in battle reports, if its not destroyed than its a huge bug in battle itself.
