Hello! My name is Ilya. I am 19, and i am from Russia. I wood like to join to your adminstration team, because i want help you with testing this cool and interesting game. Excuse me for my English speak skill.
I think there are several reasons, why I am better, than other pretenders for this work.
Firstly, I really love Allods Series. I finished all offline games of Allods.
Secondly, I have got a 51 Level xadaganian priest with full epic equipment from four layers of astral! And i have got all classes 38+ Level.
Lastly, I can help you. For example, in this server, the most of the player's, which will play here, are Russian, and Russian talking national(Ukraine for example), and i can help your team to bunker with these players, thereby you and your team can develop your project very successfully.

One advice. Dont set so high drop rate. It will be a cause of bugs and lags:
1) Drop rate is not only a "chance" of drop. It also is amount of dropped items.
2) Server closes connection when client tries read loot-list with many items. So, every time, when you trying to pickup such loot, all your party members will be dropped to login-screen.
3) Higher drop rate = more work for database. So your database service will be overloaded. It causes quest (recieve/finish) lags, item changing lags, etc..

I think x10 drop will be enough.
