Nevermind, the problem was with this string:
map = /Maps/Kania_AL1/Zones/ArchipelagoLeague1/ArchipelagoLeague1.xdb

It should have had zone = at the beginning

UPD: Installed Win7 and it worked

Stupid Wampserver not reachable for me. Seems like port 80 is blocked by anything (using win xp 64 for test).
Anyways, as this emulator is java, is there a guide for linux so i can try setting it up without creating a virtual machine with Shitdows ?

It's possible that a program occupies port 80. This is usually done by Skype.
