I have 8 GB of RAM. and I managed to run about 5 locations (fraction League):
Start location, training island, a small island to land on the ship,
along with the port Lightwood Novograd himself Novograd.
to start using a shard of 6144 GB of RAM.
my motherboard old model and does not support more than 8 GB of RAM.
to launch a full-fledged server will need more than 100 GB of RAM.

you want to allow a connection to the database from outside accountserver (pgAdmin 3).
how to do this can be found easily on the Internet. this is the first.
the same way you want to make access to the database from outside wamp.
all configuration files where there was ip 127.0.0.1 - replace your ip.
starter.exe - you've modified ... we skip this step.
and also you need to replace the ip in jar file: TimeCheckerEMU.jar
do not forget to make a backup copy of the file TimeCheckerEMU.jar !!!
jar any archive file is opened. Extracts files: Main.class
(Archiver can not close. Soon you will need to return the
modified file back into Main.сlass TimeCheckerEMU.jar)
to modify the file, I used the utility: ce2.23
in the window should be edited line 73.
(If you restart the utility сe2.23 and re-open the file Main.сlass
then you will see line 5 ip address you entered earlier)

Further return the modified file back into Main.class jar file(TimeCheckerEMU.jar).
timecheker test run using a bat file.
If the console is not closed CMD error, and the contents of the console window that reads timecheker running. then you will succeed, time checker works with the desired ip address.

ok everything works as charm except that
there are no any servers
when i login with my user and password

and there is another problem
the file shard/startserverdefault.bat
make the cpu used for 100% percentage and i let it work for 25 minutes and still loading maps or something like that ,i think this is unusual
it took about 22.5 GB of ram and still need more i need the minimum maps to fit at max 10Gb or 15GB how to do it if it possible

Mhhh i got some strange error. My LocalBillingServer.bat is crashing after it loaded... did someone had this problem ?
