uiiteminfoloader.cpp look for this keyword AddTextNoSplit ( ID2GAMEWORD ( "ITEM_CATEGORY", 0 )

Check ItemColor in UiItemInfoLoader, the color of the item is depend on the ITEMCOLOR setting which is based on your EMITEMLEVEL.

@ediwow It is in GLItemDef.

i try to look inside and this only what i found in GLItemDef.cpp but i try to compare to other fix source nothing is different

I have encountered this before I've done everything i could but only changing Release in configuration manager works for me try changing your release version

@ediwow , I assumed you didn't use the base ep7 source, If you do so, you may try to check the UIItemInfoLoader again, and check if they already declared the Uitextcolor based on the Itemlevel, some dev, declared the Textcolor in UiItemInfoLoader, check for the primary keyword, NSUITEXTCOLOR and LEVEL_NORMAL.

If you can't still resolve this, post your UIItemInfoLoader here, and I will check it.
