how to fix some critical bug

there are many bug can use with just change from client file, no need to update from server
etc: skill range bug. u can change skill range from client and it work like miracle
- change position of CW CD verify and u can verify CW every where u want in CW map
- im sure there are some bug similiar to this. any1 have idea how to fix that bug
