Open npc_accountmachine.chf with chf tool or rantool then find animation .x and bin of it from other ep7 like doom. Put it to your client .
Also find at skeleton folder b_npc_accountmachine.x from other client then put it on folder skeleteon of your

First i want ask what client u use.? .. idk. i try to use fury client. but to many error. your problem just in tower. chf ?

fury Client sir, i have already fixed the chf ani problem, the only problem i cant solved is no logo of school who took down the tower
