[HELP] chf problem (Skin file load fail)

Whenever I run any tool, it always says [npc_AccountMachine.chf] Skin File Load Fail. And I can't see the towers inside the tyranny map. Anyone please help me with this or can someone share a compatile npc_AccountMachine.chf I'm using 5ClassSource thanks.
