Hello Ragezoners,
I found all RanTool ver 2012~2013 didn't work with Bias value, but 2014 works well.
Example: I add some values on Bias of CPS file, after saving, the values automatically transfer to ZERO (0).
So, I want to down grade some aps/cps files from 2014 to 2012~2013 with HEX or any tool.
Does anyone know it? Thank for helping!
