[HELP] Ep10 can't connect to the server. [vmware]

Please help me sir. Im a newbie. I already set up 4 different servers. Ep 3-9 as a practice, and I succeed all of those. But when I tried to set up ep 10 It's just I cant connect to the server. Im using vmware. Ihost my server at vmware and i already successfuly run the session,agent,login,etc servers and it goes well then i tried to open it on my pc then It was unlike the other server that i've done because I cant connect to the server.

Ps: The launcher is not working thats why I create a shortcut for game.exe and put app_run but still I cant connect to server. Please help.

as you said you have done in old episode of ran online try to check param?? ping your pc if connected to your vmware?? as you said already you have experience in old episode like ep9 same configuration on this episode try to check again sir ^_^
