Hello , I Need Help about my server ep9

When i make Guild , my Char name is visible . not just me . other char also i can not see the name
when i point my mouse to the char then the name will appear back .
can someone help me about this ? thanks

when i create new guild , this happen tu me -- >

You must be registered to see links

charc name is visible . i also cannot see anyone name . i just can see the amend guild only .

but,
when i point my mouse to the charc then it will appear (green colour) --->
