[HELP] Error Report iErrorCode : 10049

I've been trying to resolve this problem for days but still has no luck. Well, I tried to run my server in LAN using 2 PC's and everything works fine and the problem is, now that I am trying to setup my server using the google VPS, I'm receiving error saying "Character failed to be processed" after seconds of waiting for connecting my character in the game. I already searched for the resolution and did everything to fix this but still having the same issue.

My server is Windows Server 2008 R2, specs:
Processor: Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU @ 2.20GHz 2.20 GHz
RAM: 15GB

when I close the client, it gives an error report message with notepad:

vps problem, google vps (free) can't host ran server.

google cloud can host ran I've tested it already, you just have to be careful on configurations.

The only answer is port forwarding, you need to port forward the used port for server files.
