Try to check your firewall, port, param/IP's.

what internet did you use if globe use hamachi then if pldt use normal ip

or check the param ip and cfg ip

Bro, I guess even pldt he can't connect and it will says "Character data failed to be processed" if he's ip is not static. Because that's what I experiencing now, Sometimes I can connect but sometimes not. The Ran IP interceptor is choosy. XD
