[Help] VPS Server Setup internal or External IP?

everything is working fine when in LAN connection but not working in google vps. which IP address should I use for my cfg server files? and which IP should I use in client param.ini? Thanks alot.

Thanks for answering though this was already solved. I'm using free VPS from google that doesn't fully support RAN server hosting
