Need More Idea how to balance Dex/Pow To Int

Any Ragezoner how to balance Dex And pow to perfect the damage to hit character ?
and i set dex skill and pow skill to melee / missile..

and i try to edit all classcont character and i set to same value for int/spa to Pow/Dex but still 50 damage with Hit Skill to character...

Cndev is right. Just deeply explore and patiently test it all.over again. Might take a while but worth a try

i want belance attack int
just in my client very over attack

example : class fighter,class archer, class shaman, class gunner, class assassins have value 2530
just attack power and dex not found

can help me??
