"Cannot move when entering a map" on server pc FIX

I'm playing on my server pc but I cannot move to another map using a normal account. Why is this? I know it is normal but I hope it is fixable because it really is a hassle to memorize all the maps id and do alt+tab frequently, and also I wanted to use a normal account.

I hope someone could be able to fix this, it would be great if you could share us a workaround. Thanks!

yes correct!!, even no gm commands
im using this method when i have no extra PC before
and up to now im still using this one

since ep4 will not run on quad cores if we are using xp 32 bit
i install XP on my PC and install windows 2003 inside virtual machine

im running dekaron and ran in my Virtual Machine ^^

virtual machine , lots of installers out there but i think
the most commonly use is known as VMware

i didnt really do anything and tbh the thing i did kinda breaks it
i just basically removed sendmsggarbage
and for move zone i changed the server to check dwclientid -1
