Premium Fine Burr and Lux Prot. Pot

I need help for the item that instant upgrade into Max. For example, the original "burr" can ups up to 1-4 and "fine burr" from 1 to 10. I just added the Premium Fine Burr in the item editor but I don't know how to make it instant +10 with 100% rate by using it on a weapon, I'm using Ep7. Advance thanks for the help :laugh:

if you're using ep10 or higher, there is an option there no refine fail. but in EP7, you might recode it
