How to Remove Random Upgrade on Items

Hi there RaGeZoners,

Just wanna ask if someone can give me a tip
how to remove or edit the Random upgrade of
any item .. because i put some Armors on my
Starter kit and i set it to +10 but in game
sometimes there +11 or +12 coming out any tips?

check out your bin files in glogic server.. check also your item for bin filename...
