NPC Medal Help

Good afternoon, doubt I do not know, if it was already asked this here, but I would like to know how to put an npc to sell items per medal? It has to change something, etc ... I created an npc but it is not being sold by medal!!!!I'm not finding a guide to this.

Look at medal tower, or change on ryl coder
