Don't really know if anyone Posted this but I was just wanting to ask if the Server would work if I made a 1.3.6 Server on VMWare (Still a noob to be honest but want to Learn :x..) and then Download the 1.4.4 Files from this Forum and replace all the Files from 1.3.6 with the 1.4.4 ones.
Would that work? Sorry if I'm not really clear on what I mean I'll try and explain if needed
Why not using directly the 1.4.4 files? A fresh and clean install of ubuntu on vmware then you install the 1.4.4 server on it ...

I've fixed it all with the guides on here. However, I can't get a ping. Server and Client have the same files and everything is as it should be. I just don't know what's wrong.. I'm getting this kind of error:

We now have a Ping, BUT it keeps giving me Client too low.. Even after updating GShop server and client side -_-.
What to do now? It's just amazing.
server side does not need gshop.data, it needs gshopsev.data (and gshopsev1.data)
