So, apparently v640 + are 1.4.x ?

What's that 1107 thing that you talk about?

Also, the most important question is - where can the clean 1.4.6 (70) client be found? If not possible, where can the patches be found?

I'm not really into all of this so any guide is welcome from experienced devs.

Each Country and Region have difference patch Number. it depend to what you focus on it.
for example
PWI V88 using patch number 6XX
PW Indonesia V88 using patch number 180
PW China V88 using patch number 1XXX

PWCN/W2I patch 1365 = v88

(I happened to have been speaking with a friend in china at the time)
