[REQUEST] PW/JD based user panel

I'm looking around, seeing who may could be able to make a user system for JD,the server I'm developing right now.. Mailing protocols is the same as PW, as well as character pulling from gamedbd.
Paypal ipn/shop/vote system.

I'm under a 2 week time limit before I release my server..
