[Release] MOX Export Plugin for 3DSMax 2012 32bit

Place the MoxExporter.dlu file into the plugins directory and start Max.
Select the Utilities tab and click on More...
On the popup window, select MoxExporter to load plugin.
Exports MOX and the textures in binary and text formats.

As I do not have max 2017 and the sdk that comes with it, I cannot compile it for that version, nor test it.
