Mr.killer release is considered to be a 101 right? But it works with 118 tho.

Imo it's still a scam. You have stolen someones work without his permission. If you feel better you can say "it's not scam". Rename it yourself then but this will not change how bad this behavior is. But from the other side it's his fault to send you that file even with protection.
